Rental Conditions

Contract and Annexes
The rental agreement must be signed before the vehicle is handed over. Any additional terms or conditions will be outlined in annexes attached to the contract.

Driving License and Age
The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least one year. The minimum age requirement is 21 years, and additional charges may apply for drivers under 25.

Prices and Payments
Rental prices are determined based on the selected vehicle, duration, and additional services. Payments must be made in full before the rental period begins, with options for credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and will be returned upon vehicle inspection at the end of the rental period.
5.
Insurance and Coverage
All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional protection plans are available at extra cost, covering damage, theft, and third-party liability.
6.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged based on the company’s rates.
7.
Vehicle Use and Restrictions
The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic laws and rental policies. Unauthorized use, such as off-road driving or exceeding mileage limits, may result in additional charges.
